1. Introduction

Blade Bounce ("the App") is developed by Phoenix Creative Studios ("we", "our", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our App.

2. Information We Collect

Game Data (Local Only): Your game progress, high scores, coins, purchased skins, and settings are stored locally on your device using Android DataStore. We do not transmit this data to any server.

Advertising Data: We use Google AdMob to display ads. Google may collect device identifiers (Advertising ID), IP address, and usage data for ad personalization and analytics. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Consent Data: We use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to collect your ad consent preferences as required by GDPR and other regulations.

3. How We Use Information

• To save your game progress locally on your device
• To display relevant advertisements via Google AdMob
• To comply with consent requirements (GDPR, CCPA)

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Google AdMob — ad serving and mediation
• Google UMP — consent management

5. Data Storage and Security

All game data is stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers and do not collect personal data directly. Ad-related data is handled by Google according to their privacy practices.

Encryption: All network communications between the App and third-party services (Google AdMob, Google UMP) are encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.

6. Data Retention

Game data is stored locally on your device for as long as the App is installed. We do not retain any data on our servers. Ad-related data collected by Google is retained according to Google's data retention policies.

7. Data Deletion

You can delete all locally stored game data at any time by:

• Uninstalling the App from your device
• Clearing the App's data in your device's Settings > Apps > Blade Bounce > Storage > Clear Data

To request deletion of ad-related data collected by Google, visit Google's Data & Privacy page. You can also reset your Advertising ID in your device settings.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App does not use Google AdMob's child-directed ad settings. If you believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us.

9. Your Rights

You can:

• Reset your Advertising ID in your device's settings
• Opt out of personalized ads through your device settings or the consent dialog
• Clear all app data by uninstalling the App or clearing app data in Settings

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
